Visited STL Zoo last week and enjoyed some indoor photography. Kind of a variety of different subjects, with somewhat trying for interesting eyes. All thru wire or glass.

Amongst the clearist and sharpest pictures like this that I have seen in a while. EXCELLENT work!! What gear was used for these pictures?

What is that thing in the 5th picture? First I thought it was a bear then I noticed the hands and decided it's some sort of an ape?

Huey Driver, It is called a White-Faced Saki. It weighs between 4-5 pounds, according to the internet.

Bob, Thanks!
I used a Canon 90D with a Canon 100MM macro with Yongnuo flash on the hot shoe. I also used a rubber collapsible lens hood instead of the hard Canon hood pressed against the glass or right against the wire shooting between the wire openings in the bird photos.
