50,000 shutter clicks is about one third of the shutter life on that camera. Furthermore, you did not say where you are buying the camera. I hope not 42nd Street Photo. Because, they have a reputation of selling gray market cameras. Which you don't want. Also, be aware that the D610 is a discontinued camera. And Nikon has no intentions of extending the D600 series cameras anytime soon. Or never? However, it has been a great entry-level full frame camera, and quite popular as well. I have met two photographers who still own the D600, the predecessor to the D610. Good luck.

Please, most older cameras are discontinued. As the OP is looking for a used one what bearing does that have either way or whether or not Nikon will continue the series?
The fact that some D600s had an oil issue (mine doesn't) also has zero bearing on the D610 as that camera was a 'fixed' replacement for the D600 and had/has no oil spot issues
