Has anyone had issues when installing the latest LR/PS upgrades onto the Mac Mojave platform?

Lots. Have had to shut down and reboot many times. It seems to be cleared up now.......
Not on a Mac, but I'm finding one really annoying difference since the most recent update to Ps. Specifically, when I want to browse a folder of images, I do so in Bridge. Been doing this for 20 years or more, since Ps4, and doing so is my norm. Now, since the update, when I try to access Bridge from Ps (>File >Browse in Bridge), the whole Adobe Creative Cloud sub-program (access to Apps, Learn, Files, etc.) pops up, and to access Browse I have to scroll/mouse to Apps >Browse >Open, after which time Browse finally opens as before. Granted, it only takes a moment and a couple of mouse clicks, but.... grrrrrrrrr. I've dug through the preference settings in both Ps and Bridge, and can't find a way around anything. Yet. Could be due to (still) preferring/running Win 7 (Ultimate) rather than the latest MS OS (on my main 'image' machine), but I'm not sure. Yet. Only been a couple days, and there are a few things I haven't checked. Yet. (Long time Windows Insider Program beta tester here --dual boot Win 7/Win 8 beta on another machine--, so its not as if I'm totally clueless as to how to kick the tires and check stuff out....)

Must be a Windows "feature" Tried that on my Mac, worked just fine over and over again.

My Dell had a hard time with the PS update, kept stalling at 37 percent, several reboots and it finally took it late last night.
I will be spending the afternoon learning everything new on PS, Bridge and indesign.

Nope. I just did it about a week ago.
My two windows 10 Pro computers, a desktop and a laptop, both had problems doing the Adobe downloads. Two times the desktop just stopped doing the downloads. I waited a few days and then tried again. This time I did each software separately, or one at a time. PS took the longest on both computers. All got installed.

On two Macs, one running Catlina and one running Mojave, I have had absolutely no problems. Best of luck.
Don't have any problems with my macbook pro with Catalina 10.15, but the new LR Classic is unusable on my windows 10 machine. Frequent crashes and long wait times.
I don't know about Mojave. But I would not expect any problems using macOS Mojave.
I am running macOS Catalina on a 2013 Early MBP and the updates seem to load and work fine. Better than the prior versions running under Catalina. Lightroom (cloud version) opens without errors now! But I have not yet vetted PS and LR Classic or LR thoroughly enough to say there are no bugs.
Latest Pshop here stalls either reading the preferences or the brushes?
I deleted the preferences and most of the brushes. No improvement.
I deleted all the camera and lens info except for d700 and Z7. No improvement. Very long time to open Z7 NEF file. W10 Pro 64gb ram.
The installation went without a hitch on my 2017 iMac. However, since upgrading, I do have a problem exporting jpegs. The jpegs have a great deal less saturation than the psds. Looks like everything is sRGB. Anyone have any idea what I need to fix? My advice: don't erase the old versions like I did; then you'll have something to fall back on.

Did you look at the export settings and verify they are the same as before?

I never really checked the settings before; I just used the export for web (legacy) pretty much as I found it. After one upgrade, I did go back and set metadata to all, as it evidently had been but wasn't in the newer upgrade (about one year ago). What settings do you think I should work with?
