Umm, isn't that a basic question that you can do with Google or another search engine?

There's this service called "Google."

No voltage converter needed. All modern cameras and mobile phones have their own internal converters. Do check to see if an adapter is needed to fit the wall outlet.

In most South American countries you will need a European 2-prong plug Type C, AND the voltage is 220v - for transformers (battery chargers and iPhone charges) all you need is the adapter, but for your CPAP machine, you will see fireworks if you plug it in to 220 volts! You will need a converter - Amazon has bunches of converters with plug sets for the $45 range. Ask your physician about getting a Hep A vaccination prior to going to Rio. It is a two-shot series (six months apart), but even one shot gives you a lot of protection.

I looked up a couple of common CPAP machines - I guess they have a power plug with a transformer - like so many devices these days. Check you unit to see if it says "100-240v". You may be fine with only the adapter plugs.

My CPAP ResMed Airsense 10 works flawlessly in Peru, Europe, Australia, and South Africa. Likewise for my Nikon battery chargers. Just a plug adapter needed, no converter needed. Check your devices to look for voltage range. Make sure there aren’t any switches you need to flip to select the current. I nearly started a fire when I didn’t notice a tiny voltage switch on a Fuji camera charger. I now travel with a power strip that works on 110-240. There are different plug adapters for different regions of the world.

These three countries have either 110 or 220 volts Alternate Current, at a frequency of either 50 or 60 Hz (cycles per second). The charger in my D7500 says it will work with 100-240v~50/60Hz and my Philips Respironics cpap says exactly the same, so they will work in any of these countries. If yours are similar, you will have no problems. Be sure to take plug adapters; I got mine at Walmart, a set by American Tourister.
Enjoy your trip fully, Carlitos

Argentina uses the European standard while Brazil uses the US standard (at least in Rio de Janeiro). Can't speak for Chile.
