I recently saw an add for a device that connects to the back of a phone that is much like a button release on a dslr. Didn’t pay much attention, but I will keep and eye out, and if I come across it again, I will add to this post.

I had a stroke 6 weeks ago that affected my left side. It will be a long time before I can use my Fuji. I am thinking about purchasing an iPhone 11 pro 256 gigabits. I can shoot with it using my right hand. Any thoughts are appreciated. Going through a tough time and taking pictures will help.
Here's one example of a grip. Can also be attached to a tripod.

My daughter picked up an iPhone 11 the day before we headed to Niagara Falls. The camera was quite impressive.

I'm sure you can set up SIRI to take pictures using voice commands. I'm using Bixby on my Samsung to "take photo".

Get a “selfie” stick for an iPhone. Makes one handed use simple and easy.

Private your address to me if you get a cell phone/camera.
I have some devices that allow much more range and ease of use.
No charge. Just to help you stay in the game.

But camera is not good
one of our iphone has a large collapsible button affixed to the rear. This fits between my index and second fingers and allows shutter release with my right thumb. Works well one (right) handed if the arm is tucked into my side or against a rest.
One of our i-phones has a button affixed to the rear allowing one hand operation.
I second the idea Of using a hand-held mount device, not only remote control of capture, but also for stability- or relative shake-free capture. I’ve been using DJI’s new OSMO Mobile-3 with excellent results when connected to my iphone8+. The iPhone11 pro is very nearly the same size and should work very well with the OSMO-Mobile 3- it’s affordable too, about $140. It’s remote control features are remarkable using the MIMO app.
I do not know to whom you are saying thank you. It is not me.
My question is why, when offered a possible solution to a problem at no cost, do you not acknowledge that in a return post? Whether wanted or not somehow my upbringing taught appreciation and a reply was in order.
Does a stroke debilitate politeness?
