Your Favorite Camera
I have and still own various cameras. I use different cameras for different things. But I have a favorite. One that is my go to carry it with me everyday. I like the results I get from it SOOC, I love the color, I like the way it works, and I like the way it feels and handles. And it has one hot pixel. Arrrrrgggggg. 😡 But it is still my favorite camera.
So this post is not about what camera is best or most expensive or mine is better than yours, or DSLR vs Mirrorless, or brand loyalty. It's about what camera is your favorite camera, and lens, and why.
Mine is my Olympus OM-D EM5 Mii + 14-45 Panasonic Lens.
What is yours?
Emotionally, my 1971 Nikon F. For most outings my Arca Swiss 4x5.

A Panasonic GX85 and the 12-60 f2.8-4.0 lens but, I am torn between that combo and my Panasonic DMC-G9 and the Olympus 12-100 f4.0 lens. Great combos and stunning results!!

I loved my Nikon FA (film). Still have it but don't use it.
Now my favorite is my Nikon D750.
I just added the Tamron 15-30 to complete my trilogy plus I have a Sigma 50mm art and a Tamron 150-600. This covers everything I need right now.
The camera I hated was a Canon Rebel. I purchased a Nikon Coolpix 4300 point and shoot for my husband at the same time I purchased the Rebel and the Nikon's IQ was much better.

Mine is my Olympus OM-D EM5 Mii + (usually) Olympus 40-150mm f2.8, mainly because it is relatively compact.
Mamiya RB 67.
10 or 20 6x7cm shots per roll, depending on if I had 120 or 220 film in it.
Made me think about the image I was after, but allowed faster operation than a 4x5.
I used mine hand-held a lot.
Part of me wants to say my Pentax 6x7 for which I have a number of lenses (all Takumar/Pentax and all prime) because it is such a beast and it's IQ is stunning. Part of me wants to say my Bronica ETRSi because of its ergonomics and my number of Zenza prime lenses for it, and it's got the 3:2 aspect and it's compact and still has MF qualities. But I have to go with my newest acquisition, a camera that I, as an original Nikon F user in the '70s, have longed for since it came out— arguably the best (or at least the most technologically advanced) 35mm SLR ever built, the Nikon F6. I came to it with a small army of newer Nikkor FX lenses and classic legacy glass (some autofocus and the rest at least AI). I've noticed a lot of Hoggs love the Nikon DF because it's a digital with the feel and look of a classic film SLR. The F6 is the corollary: a film camera with the look and feel of a DSLR. I use it aperture priority or full manual. It is as automated otherwise as my D7100. When I want a lighter weight SLR with most of the same lenses I go to my Nikon FE. Attached is an iPhone picture of the F6 and 2 recent Ektachromes taken with the F6. Processing and scanning by thedarkroom.com. Very minimal processing in Affinity Photo.
If it says Nikon on it I am good to go.
My favorite camera is the Nikon D-200. It does everything I've needed to do and more. My next is the D-810, which I'm still learning to use.

I have and use the Nikon D750, Nikon D200, Nikon D5000. I miss the Nikon F3. Nikon Always!
Have been a Nikon guy since 1980 and my first camera (FM). Current favorite is my Df because it looks so much like my favorite film camera, FM3a. Also it's smaller and lighter than my D850, though I sometimes wish it had the D850 image sensor.
Lens = Nikkor 28-200mm AF-G because it is as small and light as my 50mm 1.4 and darn nearly as sharp.
My favorite camera is the Nikon F3.
My current camera, an EOS R. If I didn't like it better then anything else I ever had I would sell it an go back to whatever I did like better. My nostalgic favorite would be my Yashica Electro 35, strictly because of the memories associated with it.
