I like the lightened shadows in the lower foreground of image #2.

Very good photography. But - like most things, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The "less is more" crowd will favor 2, while the "big gulp" bunch will like 1 and 3. Personally, I have a slight preference for 1.

I like the first.
I like the trees coming down on the left and the "valley" they show.

As I reflect on this over time, I have come to realize that it's all a matter of taste. As we say in the cigar lounge, everyone's palate is different. It's the same thing that made Thomas Kinkaide very wealthy in his lifetime but got him no place in museums. There is a market for overcooked, from photos to paintings.

I prefer a more subtle approach to color. When I shot a lot of Colorado landscapes, I prefered Agfachrome, which was biased more toward the reddish browns that the greens of Fuji or the Blues of Kodak.

So to ask for our opinions will only lead you to an average of an unspecified group.

It was pointed out that I did not export in sRGB as I just switched my Lightroom. So, the color may be quite funky on your monitor! Sorry!

None of them. They are way over processed.

I am odd man out-- I like #3--am using a 27 in calibrated Dell ultra monitor --but I would
soften the top edge of the sky--

This may not be the effect you were looking for, but I liked #2 for it's light quality. I cropped it slightly, increased the saturation and decreased the luminance of orange and red somewhat, and exported in sRGB.
This brought out the homestead which was lost in the green cast, and exposed some of the beautiful colors that were hidden in the mountains.
