if anyone wants to find the shutter count of their camera, go to http://myshuttercount.com and take a pic and then download it to your pc, open myshuttercount.com and paste the pic into the program it is online only, the program will give you the shutter count and all the exif detail as well.

Don't think so. What might happen, is it might show up in a list of possible matches. And you clicked on the correct one...shutter count.com is not a site, but is for sale.

The myshuttercount.com works. Thanks for the tip. I have shot 4000+ pics on my Nikon D5600.

It only works if the shutter count is in the EXIF information. My camera does not have the shutter count available... An EXIF viewer may show the count if it exists in the file.

Wipe your screen off, put your glasses on and see if you see any differences in the address ....
Our OP edited the error in their original post as well ...

83,000 shots for my Nikon D4s after 5 years. I thought there would be more. The camera is good for 300,000.

I've seen comments that different sites return different values. That would seem illogical assuming they're all reading the proper and accurate value within either the image EXIF or stored within the camera. Of any unexpected values, you might want to try a second opinion.
