If its all genuine Nikon talk to the service people and get it fixed/
This was screen when set to use MB-D17 first
from the shutter count it looks like it is using the MB 17 first ...so what you are saying is that the box outline is in the wrong place...
I suspect that it is an issue with the battery-to-grip connection. I purchased a new battery, grip, end cap, and charger, all Nikon, from B&H. NONE solves the problem. Tried on another D850. Same problem. MUST send to Nikon.
