I have a Canon 5D Mk3 that I'm thinking about selling. Used very little, like new. Body only. PM me if interested. Within your budget.
Your title and posting don't exactly coincide. Are you looking at the 6D mk II and want input on the good and the bad about that model or are you interested in and Canon Full Frame for around $1200?!
In the new category you have pretty much two choices, the 6D mk II and the ,EOS RP, which will need an adapter to use your lenses; both are around $1299. You have a few more options in the used market with a budget of $1200 or less. The original 6D or a 5D mk II or even a few older 1D models can be had for $1200 or less, but not all the older 1D models are full frame.
What about the new 90D?! It's not full frame but it is supposed to be around 32 megapixels and the best APS-C camera Canon has introduced. Is there a reason why you need a full frame or do you believe it will enable you to take better photos?!
You can go to KEH.com and create a filter for their full-frame Canon offerings priced $800 or higher. Then, sort the results in ascending price order. As mentioned above, several EOS FF options exist within your budget. I'd go with the 5DIII over either of the two 6D models, but that's me.

I have the Canon 6D Mark II. I did the research and was confident it would meet my needs at a reasonable price. I am very happy with it. I moved up from the Canon 70D which I still like very much.

I'd be careful with advising the RP. From what I understand, there's issues presently with third party EF mount lenses with Canon MILC's. Otherwise you have good advice.
I have read some articles that it is having a hard time focusing with some lens like Sigma wide angle art lens. Have you had any trouble with it focusing slow or not at all?

No, I have all OEM lenses, I'm just including what I've read on the net and I believe CanonRumors embraced this issue a month ago from my recollection.

Me too, and there’s a post just above this from another member that has one for sale. Excellent AF and low light performance. Mine had >240K actuations when I sold it, and it performed exactly as new - a great very rugged body.

I purchased a 6D refurbished from Canon before the MkII came out. I never looked back at my 70D. The 70D has some things the 6D doesn't, but the image quality of the 6D is so much better....
The low light capabilities of the 6D are legendary. This post has photos taken with very high ISO:

http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-470932-1.htmlThose are interesting comments. I have the 70D as well as the 6D Mark II and I use both. When I have processed (RAW) images of an event using both cameras, I honestly cannot tell by sharpness which was shot by which camera. I think they are both excellent. I should add that I am using excellent L lenses too.
shoot with the 6D 11 have the original super camera

I would recommend the Canon EOS RP. It is designed after the 6D Mark II and with the adapter will use all your Canon lenses.
