Yes, that is a good thing. Expediting TPD Discharge has been a real issue. In addition, the directive absolves veterans from owing federal taxes on the discharge (this was an issue that caused some veterans to forego discharge because the taxes are due upon discharge). And the administration is asking states to follow suit, so hopefully state taxes won't be an issue.

As to original research I can tell you I do no research except for my own common sense. Yes the earth is getting hotter. I know because 20 years ago when I hunted big game there was usually snow on the ground. Not so much anymore. Occasionally yes but not always.

But give this some consideration too. There are a number of scientists who claimed that the earth was getting warmer back in the 80's but a few years ago many of these very same scientists are saying they only claimed the earth was warming because they would not get government grants unless they went along with the Global Warming theory. So it seems these very people who claimed we were in danger now claim that they were forced to make that claim in order to get those government grants.
