Those injuries would be worth millions each in lawsuits in the private sector.

Since this has been in effect for years, where have you been. He just changed the paperwork to get it started quicker. He did not invent the idea.

I guess you bone spur i***ts don't realize that through the GI Bill, veterans received money monthly for their college expenses. This has been in effect since after World War II, I know, that's how I got my degree. Bone spur did absolutely nothing, again!!
