1 - As a law abiding citizen I should be subject to ever expanding gubmint regulation of my second and first amendment rights.

2 - That asking for a simple ID to vote for POTUS, which I have no right to do under the COTUS, is racist and unfair.

CT has a voter ID law, but they don't enforce it when it comes to illegals. And for their convenience, they are given pre-filled ballots to stick into the reader.

2 - At least ambiguous, if not misstated. COTUS does not give you the right to vote for POTUS; it doesn't deny your right to do so.

And per your later post:

Article 2, Section 1 addressed the election of POTUS, but you need to move on the the 12th Amendment which supercedes. Section 2 addresses the powers of POTUS.

Perhaps YOU should read a book.
