Type Abes of Maine in the UHH search box and you will get numerous threads regarding this outfit. None good. This question has to rank right up there with Raw vs Jpg on this forum as the most redundant question of all.

Thank you for your honest assessment. I did do a search and the reviews were even less kind than yours! Thanks again. One more question: can anyone tell me the difference between the Canon M5 and the Canon M50?

Thought I would hold off for 3 full pages of Don't Go There ---- From folks that never went ---
I have purchased 2 cameras from the place for a total savings of $1,000 -- 5DMkII in 2009 & a 5Ds in 2015 --- Both cameras are USA warrantee & came fully equipped - Granted it's not like purchasing from B&H but if keep your wits about you & ask questions -- Like what in the hell am I getting -- You will find them to be honest & acceptable --- Would I purchase another camera from them -- YES

Soooooooo much easier to deal with the likes of B&H and Adorama! Glad you had good luck with them. Most have not! I did call them once just to check out their service for myself. And afterwards, I purchase elsewhere. Speaking from actual experience, they are at least as bad as their reputation. I've heard that when they were actually in Maine, they were OK, but I can't confirm that. Best of luck.

I have purchased from them twice -- 1) 2009 for a Canon 5D MkII & 2) 2016 for a Canon 5Ds for a total savings of $1,000 -- -$500.00 per camera ---
These were for real non-Gray market brand new fully functional USA warranted/guaranteed cameras --
Keep your ears fully open & ask questions -- Like what am I actually getting --- I got everything Canon puts in the box -- Battery/charger/cables/book/software ----
Will I ever purchase from them again?? ---
You bet I will !!!!
