This is strange. I bought two sink strainers for a new kitchen sink. The sink I finally bought needed just one strainer, so I want to return one. Amazon gave me several choices. I can bring the strainer into town to the UPS store. They will box it, print a label, and ship it - no cost to me. Or, I can put it into a box of my own, print a label, and drop it into a UPS pick-up box. That would cost me $5.99. Although this seems strange, easy returns are one reason why I don't hesitate to order from Amazon.

I returned a refrigerator filter to Amazon. I ordered the wrong one. My options were to print the label they provided and drop it off at the USPS or to take it to my local Kohl's Department store and they would box it, and send it back to Amazon free. Both were free. When I took it to Kohl's they just needed to see the code that was emailed to me via my phone and by the next day Amazon refunded the money.
