I can see Pence pardoning Trump in step 2 but I have trouble believing that he would appoint him VP. For one thing I don't think Trump would like being VP, even temporarily.

Of course I think that step 1 has the problem that it wouldn't get through the senate, at least the way things are going today.

But who knows? Strange things happen in politics, and that statement has become more true in the last few years.

Maybe you need to learn to reason like an adult. Explain what good it would do to publicly call them liars when you are trying to negotiate with them. If you are negotiating, you give people the opportunity to save face, even when you know they are lying, because YOU want something out of the negotiations. Now do you get it?
