The Mummers is the oldest folk parade in America Officially started in 1901 but unofficially had been going on since the mid 1850ies

A very colorful collection.
...one of my bucket list items is to get to the Mummer's Parade! You did a nice job, very competent! Fantastic subject matter, no shortage of colors, lol. For now I'll have to be satisfied with YouTube, but I'll get there!
It's straight up 14th St.
Gaze at City Hall.
Run up the stairs like Stallone did.
Don't forget to yell "Rhonda!" also.
Then tap Billy Penn on top of his head for good luck.
