I have some older lenses that were for my Minolta X-700 SLR.

1) Minolta 50mm 1.7
2) Sigma 35-70mm w/macro 2.8
3) Vivitar 75-205mm 3.5

with assorted filters. Anyone interested? Make some offers.

OK these lenses are still available. I have also found the matching 2x multiplier for the Vivitar. I am asking $150 for all including leather pouch for the Vivitar & hard case for the multipler. That includes shipping and the assorted filters.

OK. Any offers here? They're taking up space now. I can send pics to whomever requests them.

Is lens 2 compatable with the Sony Alpha series camera?

If so, I may be interested.

Believe you will need an adapter but not familiar with that camera.

Thanks dpullum. So you would need adpater. I did get an adapter for my Canon T3i that worked fine, but returned it as it would not work on the 2x matched multiplier for the Vivitar tele zoom. Only reason I wanted to try it. So back to selling these lenses.

I have a Minolta Auto-Bellows fitted with a 100mm Microscope lens and a unit that allows for adjustments laterally and in-and-out. You can get up to 1.3:1 with it. I've also mapped out on paper Magnifications, Exposure Compensation by f/stops, and a few other ditties.

I have the 50mm 1.7 Minolta on my Sony a300 and it's my favorite and fastest lens. It produces really nice photographs and I also use it with extension tubes for macro. Most use it as a portrait lens but I have used it for landscapes as well. If its auto focus should not need adapter at least mine doesn't. Read reviews on it for more information.

I have a Sony A55 and just bought a minolta 50 1.7 and love it for portraits, etc. Please tell me more about what kind of extension tubes you have for macro. Where found, prices, etc.

thanks

They will work very nicely with an adapter approx. $12 usd
I use them on my T3i and others also Oly with the adapter. You are back to manuel focus on both but they are good lenses.
