Wings are not bad, I have to buy my shoes there, not many places carry my size, belong to a camera club that meets near there, and I see a woman from there. So at least once a month!!!!

Auroras are usually the result of magnetic disruptions caused by solar storms emitted by sunspots. Alerts to possible events can be found at spaceweather.com
Although I caught the tail end of an event it started out with red auroras so intense that people were getting pictures hand holding P+S cameras in the middle of light polluted Cleveland! Depending on your location in Wisconsin you might have had to look south since this band of lights was concentrated just north of the Great Lakes,
