Yes - this is a overlook that I never pass by - I always stop for the view, water level changes with every season - This stream flows out of Caples Lake just to the right of the first fall. As the power company regulates the out flow at any time it can be the scene above or a non identifiable stream - I prefer to photo this high flow image as it is a 1,000 ft below/away.
