Good evening on the last day if 2012 - except we had leap year so one more day to go, Topic is winter fun - it can be indoor, out door, whatever you capture that makes winter fun for you. What do you on the stormy day (snowy or rainy)?

WInter fun means different things to different folks: outdoor sports, a time to organize and clean out "stuff", a time for games, long naps, snow, rain, escaping to warm climes. Here is some of my winter fun and I can't wait to see yours.

Puzzles are a huge favorite up here
Fun for me because I watch and snap, I don't have to blow it.
A time to grab the camera and capture some of the beauty around me.
I love to snowshoe through the many wooded trails
My grandson is my "snowshoe buddy"
WHen he isn't busy making snow angels
Or knocking the powder off the trees or flushing pheasants from beneath the branches
A great time for sledding
A time to enjoy the beauty of the season
Fun for me is playing with my photos, sorting, culling, learning more about my programs and creating .
Others still enjoy water fun
A time for some concentrated practice and preparation for recital
The time of year when I re-organize a lot of things around the house.

p1 It's very mutual, Sher. I love them so much and they (especially the oldest) are so fun to play with. I have never seen a kid get so excited about everything!

what a great start Pat, I think I will go outside tomorrow and see what I can find, since I sat on my butt all day today figuring out and booking our flights and lodging for hawaii.

We woke this morning to a fresh snowfall.
Taken from a bedroom window.
It was a heavy, wet snow.

Watch deer in the yard while visiting relatives
Watching snow plows get stuck plowing the streets
