Pathetic is the right of criminals in the UK to kill innocents with no chance of defending themselves.
I do not know how to explain it any better than to say it could happen in YOUR home town TOMORROW as you have criminals with illegal guns in your country.
But I suppose you lack the ability to comprehend the difference between lawful gun ownership and use versus criminal activities.
Who will you whine about when it happens in your town?
One other thing you might remember, it was a "well regulated militia" that freed our nation from the likes of you.

Your brash statements about over 80 million individuals you don't even know, clearly shows you to be a fool of the highest order. I may even suggest that your sympathy for the parents of the children and teachers who suffered this horrific event means less because of it's source: YOU. Your mentality is the reason we have a Constitution and Declaration of Independence.

Its not a question of need to tell you the truth I dont need a gun of any kind. I own guns for several reasons and to be quite honest protection isnt one of them although if the need were to arise I wouldnt hesitate. I used to hunt duck, deer, quail, rabbit, squirrel, pheasant, turkey and I cleaned and dined on everything I shot. I no longer hunt game but I still love to go to the range and target shoot, its just fun and its just that simple. There are many shooters at the range shooting the very Bushmaster that you are objecting to and again it isnt a matter of need. I no more need my guns than I need my camera but then if I got rid of everything I dont need my house would be pretty bare. As long as I obey the law and practice good solid safety practices why do you want to take my rights away from me? Should you have to give up your camera because some nut job is making child pornography with his? You cant take punish law abiding citizens for what criminals and crazy people are doing. I would also add that if you collected all the guns from the law abiding citizens the criminal element would still have theirs and youd accomplish nothing. One more point Id make is that you have black market guns floating around the globe that are manufactured in illegal and unregulated facilities that come out with no markings on them at all and cant be traced. You just cant lump all gun owners into one group or category just like you cant realistically expect more laws to have an impact on the criminal or mentally challenged. I confess that I dont have the answer youre looking for but as I have said many times, in an effort to be compromising Ill gladly give up all my guns if youll figure out a way to get them away from the bad guys FIRST.

when the IRA comes to your part of England with fully automatic AK-47"s you are going to wish you had more to stop them with then a stiff upper lip, and a tea pot. Since you aren't a yank and don't live here, kindly but out of our business. When you all pull out of Northern Ireland and give Gibraltar back to the Spanish, then you can lecture us.
