You need more accurate sources of information, or maybe vet out the 23 year old head in the sky jerrnlists who propagate that info.

I prefer real information, not something designed to conform to my preconceived notions. The same people who would say the decline in birth rates is no big deal would say the earth is flat, no one ever landed on the moon, and water is bad for you.

Maybe you can find the report you want in these 11,300,000 articles. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWpiYvLHmzU

You better look further for your sources of true information if you believe that the overwhelming influx of illegal aliens has not accelerated the crime rate. Apparently increased drug flow and fentanyl deaths, 50% increase in car thefts , increased violent crime rates etc etc in areas of illegals' relocation do not concern nor alarm you. If your local municipality is not experiencing these things I would bet the relocation of illegals in your area is minimal.
Those facts are a far cry from silly debates about the flatness of the world or distorted birth rates.

First it was global cooling would kill us all. Next over population. Then, holes in the ozone, then global warming and acid rain. Then underpopulation. Next Climate change (covers all weather) would get us. Not to be out done, the global panic would kill us all, particularly if you didn't buy and wear their useless masks. The hand wringers have been spouting all this garbage through out my entire 78 years. Oh, I forgot, we be running out of oil sometime in the early '70's.

Everyone should know it's all a bunch of crap, and the truth is space aliens will soon swarm in and eat us all alive...

Technically, very few "Mountains" (over 2000 ft) in Texas. I was taught in school that there were NO mountains in Texas, but according to Wikipedia, they lied to me (shocking).

Pretty much all of the farm-able lands was already being used as farm lands (Unless you want to start cutting down the forests).

I say "was" because now farmlands are being converted to solar farms (more money in it).

Interesting tid-bit (getting way off topic here): when the farmlands are plowed over to make ready for the solar farms, the field mice and rats have nowhere to go. So, they start eating the solar farm wiring. It take an incredible amount of pest control to get the rodent population under control.

FYI: Farmland to Solar Farms, Not just in Texas:

This is going to continue to happen. Farmers are selling out for their fortunes, big sums of money for prime land to developers. They in turn, take off all the topsoil to sell. When finished, in NE Indiana, they will have the largest solar farm in the country able to power 250,000 homes. The first nuclear reactor, a fast breeder, has been approved and construction has started. Nuclear is our future. Small modular plants, built in a factory and shipped to sites will speed up the process. Since the plans have been approved by the NRC and FERC these modular plants will not need to be inspected like current plants that are all one offs. They can put 12 of these on one site. Starting in the mid to late 2030's, we will see the first fushion plants. Once these are available, there will be no reason to build anything else.
