Funny story. Jack Benny and George Burns, long-time friends, were on a receiving line to greet Queen Elizabeth. As they got close to the queen, George turned to Jack and said, "Whatever you do, don't laugh when you meet the queen."
That kind of "don't" caution is probably a surefire way to get some people laughing inappropriately.
