So you have no idea what's in the bill yet you call a border security because of what some politicians said about it. So you actually have no idea if there's anything in the bill that has anything to do with securing the border and stopping the illegal flow of immigration. So why does Biden want this now after 3 years of being in office? Oh yeah because e******n year

One would think IF POS Biden was really interested in border security he would not need to just talk about it, come up with some new bill and so on. According to the Constitution the Federal government is supposed to provide safety and security to We the People. We had border security under other past Presidents. Only Biden took that security away from us and that was by his design, 100% his choice. We don't need no new stinkin Bill, just go back to enforcing our border laws as they were before that dumb SOB took office.

The attic border ranters just don't get it. Actual legislation passed by Congress and signed by a president is different than immigration policies changing every 4 or 8 years as new presidents take office. Laws only change when Congress agrees to pass them. Congress hasn't agreed to pass meaningful border legislation for decades and there is an opportunity to pass actual lasting laws improving border security now if the crazies in the dysfunctioal Republican House don't screw this up. Do they actually want border security or do they just want to use the border and all affected by the crisis as political footballs in an e******n year?

Oh BS, border security under Trump was doing just fine until Joe Biden came in and dismantled it and now we're having influx of i*****l i*********n. Don't give me the BS that it's Republicans fault. It's Joe Biden and the Democrats that screwed up this border and invited i*****l i*********n. Democrats always have this way of effing things up and then blaming it on the Republicans for not fixing it.

But Dennis agreed that as soon as they ask for asylum they are in legal status not illegal. Certainly he doesn’t like it and thinks most don’t deserve asylum which is fine but he accepts the law - which you apparently don’t .

Rac, thank you for making my point. What you describe regarding a president altering the previous president's policies explains exactly why we need bipartisan legislation passed by Congress if there is any hope of lasting changes on the border.

Gorge, that will never happen because Democrats play politics with the Border issue. Trump had the border under control because Congress refuses to enforce the current laws. Time to bring back Trump or someone like him policy wise.
