Perversely, fall photos in b/w

The color is pretty well gone from most of my haunts, but the scenery isn't. This is the time of year when I shift to seeing in black and white. Here's a sampling from this morning's hike and I hope you enjoy them even if you prefer color. The dwindling pool in the fourth photo is a favorite for bears to splash in.

Thanks. These photos truly would have looked rather dreary in color. Everything's already kind of a faded sepia tone.

I like the form and texture in #1 especially. Even if it is B&W!!
