I'm back at bears again. It was interesting how the first 2 days at Brooks Falls there were so few fish that when one was caught there were several bears on hand to ask for handouts. Then after the salmon ran over night and many of the bears were off sleeping with full bellies the bears would only eat the parts they wanted and let the gulls and other scavengers have the rest. Or the fish parts just floated down stream.
I envy you being able to take these photographs on a regular basis. I have ever had this opportunity so far.
Well, all my recent bears were taken in July and Iβm still working and sharing and deleting the 15,000 or so I tookβ¦.I do 2 trips or so a year 1 bigger one and then other more local or smaller ones. I then just share them over many weeksβ¦.ππ
Terrific series. I particularly like your first shot.
It is a top favorite of the bears from the trip. I liked that it is the middle one getting the fish and the other two so close with fish envy in their eyes!
You bring such life to your pictures, they are always a treat to see. And besides: How many ways are there of saying: "Great pictures!!" Thank you for posting, you are a true purveyor of sights! Poul
What you just said is what makes my day! Thank you in many ways!!!
