The wild Wenatchee River runs through Tumwater Canyon in central Washington State. The drive along US 2 that follows the river is scenic at all times of the year but most especially in fall. This area experienced a forest fires a few years back and its remnants can be seen here. These shots were taken after a rain shower which left the fall foliage glistening.
