Very nice!! I really liked this photo in color but the B&W brings so much more to the table; there is so much more definition to the patterns and angles!!

This photo just keeps growing on me!!

It's a different file from the color you saw; the original of this is zoomed in slightly closer. However, I stretched it in pp, so the proportions and elements are a little wonky too

Geometry was OK...kept me going in circles... Love the B&W version. Color might be OK if there were a mix of metal roofs, such as new copper, 'green' copper, and steel in varying degrees of rustiness. You got the right angle for this shot...

The coolest thing for me is I have visited this building many times to take photos of the flowers, the ivy climbing the walls, and a little water feature. Never once did I look at the roof until this week's theme for a flickr group:
