Looking (and snapping) at a storm over Oxfordshire yesterday.
Car was parked in a long passing space when a bloke in an E Mustang passed by, giving me a 'You some sort of a nutter' look. Then, when he saw what I saw, parked in the middle of the road and snapped his own.
This was taken on Britwell Hill, a named hill on the Chilterns escarpment. A low range of hills perhaps 120m / 400' above ground level of the Oxford Plain. And it just seems to hold back the worst of the storms.

Some forboding weather indeed John.

What a great photo. Somewhere was getting a thorough soaking. I lived and worked in England for two years in a previous life and got to love those country lanes. Thanks for sharing.
