I don't find Graham posts offensive but I don't find them funny either. So to be honest I don't miss him. I am glad he left on his own and not being banned. I don't want to see anyone banned.

I met Graham here on UHH. We have a lovely friendship since. Occasionally we will text each other and have a few good rib ticklers but nothing is shared between us that anyone should not expect. I find that there is an assault against him. Perhaps my acquaintance with him may send me up to the Attic.
We have Skyped and shared birthdays across The Pond. He has a delightful and absolutely gorgeous granddaughter. At times, I have gotten fed up with the miscreants here and would love to relocate to Ravenscar. But not to “mooch” off the United Kingdom, I would offer my knowledge and talent as a pharmacist. Graham has sent me job opportunities there. Even if a could not be employed as a pharmacist, I would make a opportunity to be a professor at a university. My skill as a medicinal chemist date back for many years.
While I understand and appreciate the responsibilities of the Admin, it does seem that they may have pushed the envelope far off the desktop. While I have made a few faux pax in the short time I have been a Hogger, I too have learned to mind my place. I do believe that those Hoggers who claim Graham is offensive, come out of hiding behind the anonymity of the internet. Show yourselves and prepare to apologize to a kind and dear man who’s only gaff is a good sense of humor. If you cannot take a joke or are easily offended by you being examined for the truth, I will be relegated to The Attic as well. If such is the case, all will have proved why I should be anti-social. I can read a joke, delight in some funny story and most of all, apologize to someone I have offended once I know a good reason for the offense.

This situation seem to me like someone who has not used or understand how to heat up a plate of food in a microwave oven. For instance, a person who like to heat up last night’s dinner. While they don’t place it on a ceramic plate. They push a few buttons to finally have it turn on. They pushed it on for 30 seconds but it didn’t heat the food. They do this for a few times more. Still the food is not heated. They increase the time setting to a minute, then 2 minutes then 5 minutes for 3 more times. Now their food is nice and hot to the point it is dried out to a crispy texture. As they attempt to retrieve their dinner, they realize it is far too hot to touch with their bare hands. So they use a fork and attempt to eat it then. Now they realize they can’t eat it because their food is reminiscent of shoe leather. Disgusted, they throw the microwave out because “it doesn’t work properly.” They head down to the corner deli and order some food from the refrigerator case. They watch the counterman take the food and place it in a microwave oven to heat. At this moment, they realize they didn’t follow the instructions that came with the microwave they threw away earlier. Now they retrieve the microwave and the instruction book from the garbage. After reading the instructions, they proceed to heat up the cold sandwich they purchased earlier.

If you don’t know the instructions, you cannot make it up as you go along. I feel that those detractors here on UHH are not very adult and cannot learn form a man who has seen more of the world then we will ever see.

Dear Admin: When I first joined The Ugly HedgeHog I had my reservations. When a question was posted, I responded with a court room interpretation of the topic. Oops! You placed me in line quite quickly. I learned and have one administrative transgression to my name. Now I steer clear of politics. I also don’t have anything to do with the news. I don’t watch it, I don’t listen to it and I don’t read it. You can call me naive. I am in that regard.

I am adult (if not, at 95, I never will be), broadminded and not easily offended. I have followed Graham's posts - and all others, as well - for as long as he has been active here. For me, some of his material is funny, some is not and some definitely is not in good taste. He does have the habit of being a bit too combative at times, and really pushes the boundary on unkind personalized remarks. One thing which recently has seemed a bit telling (though I don't know the psychological implications) about Graham as a person, is the very high percentage of his presentations being of a sexual nature. A good joke of that kind certainly can be enjoyed as a good joke - but, why so many??? Were he to be a bit more respectful, and tolerant of those who politely disagree with him, and be a bit more selective in the acquisition of more humorous material, I certainly would welcome him back. Leaving out his political bias, of course, he would have no need to be relegated to the Attic. You have your own views, as others have theirs. Neither should be fodder for the Attic when presented in a calm, respectful manner. I have enjoyed much of the information you have chosen to share with us, (though I am not in agreement with everything you have to say).

If you are not in objection I shall pass a few kind words to Graham. Just to let everyone know, I don’t plan on growing up. I am quite happy playing with my toys I mean camera…..

Recently, Graham and I were comparing ID cards. Namely, my city ID card, my State Driver license and my pharmacist’s ID card. Shortly afterward, I received an email from Graham. He claimed he was going to report me to the US Department Of State for having three birthdays. He claimed I was an imposter and I should be incarcerated until I am deported. I was aghast. I was besides myself. He then let me know he was having fun at my expense. Apparently, my date of birth is listed in three different formats. I will not be drinking coffee again when he plays a gag upon me. I too am made of sterner stuff. I do not take a great deal to heart. As for social media, consider me anti-social. In all I have a good not great sense of humor. I do love a good joke or video but if I don’t find it humorous I don’t wish someone to be dragged up to The Attic by their ankles, banging their head on all 39 steps!! LOL!!
