I reject the proposition you are somehow either a constitutional scholar or more knowledgeable than the framers and authors of the Constitution.
People who feel so strongly about failures or inconsistencies in the Constitution, or really do not appreciate the wisdom expressed in it, are heartily encouraged to go somewhere else.
