Great temperature, in the 50's. Sandhill cranes were in abundance, but we have them in our yard in Florida almost daily. A few gaggles of Snow Geese were flying to and from various feeding areas, so we were spent our drive looking for the raptors and they were in abundance. Even in the Bosque with all the auto activity, these birds still like to hide. A great place for a couple hours, leisurely drive if traveling in the area...

Only saw four Eagles, two juveniles and two adults and all were well over 400 yds away, tried a couple of phots of the adults flying away, however we never really got close. Here are a few of the photos taken, hope you enjoy these beautiful birds. These are much better in download and yes, I need some work/practice to improve my BIF skills ....Cheers all.
