I recommend the Circle B Bar reserve in Lakeland. Free and not far from Orlando.
Just be aware that they don't allow dogs. We drove all the way out there to find out.
Coco the princess was not amused!!
Thank you all for your responses. We shot this morning with reasonable success. Shooting lake apopka tomorrow. I’ll post some next week when I get home.
Cheers

Oh, yeah! I forgot that one.
That's actually a more common occurrence than many people realize. Fortunately when using a shotgun for game bird hunting, the bird shot is pretty small. Reduced range, less velocity, less damage. Not so much when waterfowl hunting. Larger, heavier shot. More range, more velocity. More dangerous! But more open shooting environment, so less likely to be hidden/obscured by brush.
Not meaning to be a grammar nazi, but it is Dick CHENEY.
Thanks for the correction.

Gatorland also has lots of nesting birds in the back area. You can take your gear on a cart and use a monopod or tripod.
And a certain time of the year you can get a photography pass that gives access a few hours before opening.
