Me to. Isn't that a gift from heaven

I think the reason for the excellent service is not so much the workers but the computerized system they have designed whereby the product is selected from inventory, packaged, labeled for shipment and transferred to the loading dock without being touched by humans.
Amazon workers were on strike a couple of days ago as Amazon don't recognise Unions but it appears that the workers that were on strike belonged to a Union as their representative was demanding a higher wage for the workers. Apparently, from the time you are logged in Amazon tracks your productivity.
A photo was shown on the television clip of the inside of one of Amazon's depot and although the parcels are picked by a robot, I saw two employee putting tape on parcels, so there are some jobs that are not totally mechanised. On the other hand, could it be that perhaps those parcels weren't correctly wrapped in the first place, but of course I don't know that.

Don't worry, there is no going back with this generation.
The next generation may think differently, but that wouldn't be something that you and I will have to worry about. We wouldn't be here, although I am not in a hurry to go anywhere yet.

Boy oh boy I sure agree, Order it one day and puff many times it's there the next. It's like magic. They have never turned me down on a refund. We are spoiled for sure.
