Must look lovely, wonder what you will be saying about it in a couple of months time? xx

I usually last until just after Christmas, then I want it all to go away and green up already.

Trouble is DH now doesn't want to go back to shop bought bread, another rod for my back I've made. I hardly eat bread at all so have an ordinary white loaf in the freezer for if I ever need a slice. He likes his granary bread. xx

ooo That is something for me to think about.

Judi/Xiang has not been online since Nov 5. I know she said she was going to visit one of her daughters. I hope she is just enjoying a wonderful visit with the family.

There are squirrels bouncing around the back yard carrying a margarine container lid. Mum had put some cashew butter from the pantry on that lid and now they all want it.
I think I will go and put out some seeds so they have more to eat.
Everyone have a good day and stay safe.

Good morning all from a gloomy but at the moment dry Norfolk, although rain is forecast for most of the day. Two batches of bread made and now proving in the airing cupboard, will get them finished, knitting this afternoon and another day over. Have a safe day. xx

Do you ever make cinnamon buns? xoxox

Good morning from sunny Surrey. Getting a bit cooler now and most of the leaves are off the big trees. My tests are ow negative, but still feeling quite tired.

I saw the physiotherapist yesterday and have been given a load of exercises to do for my feet, knees and hips.

Mr Ps cousin and her son from Scotland are coming to stay for a few days and I am hoping to go swimming tomorrow.

Happy Thursday everyone and stay safe xxx

Hope you feel more yourself day by day Josephine. xoxo

That temperature is more what I expect on Vancouver Island at this time of year.
Are the new tires on rims? It's easier to find someone to put them on when they are already on rims.
I get my winter tires on next Tuesday. I've been waiting patiently and trying to ignore my car when the alarm screams at me that the temperature is too low for summer tires. I really wish there was a way to turn the volume on that alarm down a bit.

These ones aren't on rims, there are no DOT winter tires for right hand drives in Canada, so they are all season 8 ply truck tires.. of course I can get the right ones sent over from Japan but they aren't legal here. xox

She used to carry the two cameras all the time and have a wide angle lens set up on one and a "zoom" lens set up on the other (I don't know what the exact terms are ), but she is using her 48MP camera in her phone now for one of the cameras so she is only carrying one now. When I told mum about your 70-200mm and 85mm 1.4, she said "nice".
Mum had a retina tear that required months of laser treatment because it kept tearing again. She had a lot of floaters, but they have diminished now. I hope your specialist gives you the results that you want.
She used to carry the two cameras all the time and... (show quote)

I hope they diminish too but it's been 6 months now. I have concerns that they will make it worse and will be giving the treatment plenty of thought. Is Mum's Sony mirrorless? xoxo

We have one house at the end of the court that put up and put on his Christmas lights the day after Hallowe'en. I understand putting them up when it is still warm. I have some repairs to the hangers to do and I will be doing that in the freezing cold, but I don't think the lights should be on that early!
I get tired of canned Christmas songs in the stores VERY QUICKLY.

I was on the phone to CRA for an hour and a half on speaker phone, I thought I was going to go mad as the music looped over and over! It appears that my final estate taxes from last April didn't get mailed in to Revenue Canada even though I had copies sitting right in front of me. An accountant gaff.

One plate is already gone. The top is pure milk chocolate, and lovely to lick.

I've been indulging in too much chocolate lately... and having vivid dreams. Hence being up at 5 a.m. this morning. My dream had 2 nursing friends deliver Chinese take out that was $146 for one person in one of those tiny boxes. I wanted to make them take it back, but when they opened the box onto a plate and there was enough there to feed an army? It was like the twilight zone..... No more chocolate for awhile.

Thanks. I only have to go into Whitby on Mondays, but I had some vacation days left over so the boss asked me to book them off. Of course, I chose Mondays to take off

I remembered after I posted that it was only Mondays and tried to edit it (and thought I did), but it doesn't seem it worked. Oh well, glad it's Mondays and you didn't need to drive in to work yesterday or the rest of this week either. xxxooo

Good morning from a 36F and clear Shoreline area. It's foggy around the area, but clear here at the moment. Again no plans for the day so will see what comes along. I hope you all are staying safe and well and having a good day. xxxooo
