concur....added to my personal insurance floater (theft, drops, general damage, etc) and it was very inexpensive, much, much less than an extended warranty, however I still have the CC warranty for another 6 months....Cheers.

Consumer Reports Magazine generally categorizes extended warranties on electronic apparatus as a waste of money.
