It's a beautiful poppy. Of the two darker ones, I like seeing that touch of blue in the background. I actually like a bit of detail in the background. It means it wasn't a flat black fake whatever!

I tried it myself... a little looser crop... sharpened the poppy itself (which also boosts "micro contrast")... darkened the background and used color replacement brush to remove all the blue.

Thanks Alan for looking and commenting. I like it except for the light store looks a little like a stem at the top right. I might work out some more.
I someone's go black, but it did not work for me here. Some have said the like a little blue coming through like my other one, and yours. Sometimes I crop or zoom more to the center, just the center and very little petals, like this, https://www.viewbug.com/photo/97128289 I usually get good feed back on them.
Maybe I'll do it to this one. My main point was how easy the mall in LR is to use.
They have been preping me for chemo and I'm killing some time. I start chemo Friday.

Thanks Kathy for the kind words. Yeah, that's the one I like so far too. The black does not work on this one.

So, here is another version from all the comments, an additional major crop, and one that I have gotten a lot of raves on, the same type of poppy but yellow. I had a trip Triptych made.
