Uh... that is, unless I don't get re-elected.
Or unless the Supreme Court justices rule against me.

Not one Trump supporter has posted a word about Trump, and what he said about “terminating” the Constitution. Why not? You guys must have some something to add to this thread.

Dude, I have suspended my threads about Trump for weeks now.. You are wrong.
Today, I posted that Trump wanted to “terminate” the Constitution, which I obviously thought was post worthy. Postworthy because Trump has entered the race to become President again. Who would support a man who doesn’t respect the Constitution?
Trump is a candidate for 2024- that matters to me, but I don’t think about Trump in my daily life other than the dangerous man that he is, and his misguided supporters. I am not having a Trump meltdown. True, I am sickened by him—every American should be. But your attack on me means nothing, and is unfounded.
Stick to the issue: a P**********l candidate who publicly states that the Constitutional rules should be terminated because he lost the e******n. Please address the issue: Trump and his anti Constitutional position, without infusing your dislike for me.
Address the Trump issue, not my

There is a fundamental basis for Trump supporters not condemning him, and that is the difficulty of admitting that they were wrong to support him in the first place. Some try to hide behind the excuse that with his trashing of The Constitution he has now finally gone too far. But undermining that (poor) excuse is the notion that a leopard can’t change its spots. Trump revealed exactly who and what he is through his many unethical behaviors over decades, and even very clearly during his run for POTUS in 2016. Yet his supporters turned a blind eye and v**ed him in. To now say he is unsuitable as a p**********l candidate would be acknowledging that they knew even 6 years ago that he was not suited for the job. It takes backbone and courage to admit a mistake, and it appears that many GOPers — especially those in Congress — are spineless.

Nice attempt at Astro-Turfing K. Once more you swallow the media line with nary a thought crossing that pee-brain of yours.

To say that trump claiming that past actions have "allowed for" the suspension of rules, including the Constitution, is trump advocating for the suspension of the constitution, is TDS at work.
He was claiming it has already happened.
He is mistaken and I can't believe I am defending the i***t, but you folks are reaching on this one.
It is very much like y'all claiming he said there were "very fine people" on the n**i side. It just did not happen.
I would like to believe your interpretation is correct, but leaning toward agreeing with the libi***ts on this one. I don't have Trump's statement in front of me, but think he said "allows" which is present or future tense. Now wether this is just Trump being his usual inarticulate self, who knows. Either way don't look good for him.

If Trump meant what he said and was not just being his usual inarticulate self, there is no defending him here.

Regardless of what he meant, if this pushes him out of contention in the primaries, we all benefit.
