Before I sold off some equipment, the 70-200 f/4 was part of my "f/4" triumvirate. It included the 16-35, 24-120, and the 70-200. I bought them while I owned a D750 and a D500, and I always got great results.
I still have the 16-35, and it's a sterling performer. One of the things about the f/4's is their light weight.

I dipped my toe into mirrorless by getting the Z5. I now have four mirrorless lenses. This is the only F4 in the lot.

Congratulations. Your new lens out-performs the Holy Trinity F mount 24-70 f/2.8 in every category except vignetting and distortion (but that doesn't mean it's bad in those categories). It's light, compact and weather-resistant. Sometimes I find that the WB slider needs a slight nudge towards yellow but that could be the camera. I too have the Z5 and that lens and I don't think there's a better value way to go FF mirrorless.

I asked them where were the the "marks"? They never answered me. PLUS they kept the cable that attaches the camera to the computer. I have since sold the 3 items separately to UHH members who I believe would attest to the condition of the equipment. I have a VERY low opinion of KEH.

I am sure you are not the only one who is not satisfied with KEH. The person who sold this lens may agree with you. But my feeling is if I wasn’t happy with the lens I would send it back. In this case that was not the situation.
But over all people must be happy with them, as many on the Hog or they would be out of business.
