Windows supports zip files. Can't you just double click on the .ZIP file and Copy and paste everyting into a temporary folder?

I use WinRAR most of the time but I have used WinZip And 7-Zip. If you just want to extract a few files use 7-Zip. It is available on line for free. Install it, use it, and decide if you want to keep it. If not, uninstall it.

I used 7-Zip and it worked perfectly. Thank you for the suggestion!
