My husband took me to this canyon where he goes fly fishing. I had never been there and thought it would be a good day trip with camera. Not much in the way of color - it's gone - but lovely drive and scenery. The gravel and narrow road ends at the reservoir.
Enjoy
Great set.
(Was there an old railroad line that went through there?)
Excellent images! If I ever get to Colorado again, that road and canyon will be on my destination list.

I'm afraid not - this is tail water from the reservoir.

Interesting. The tunnels were made for vehicles then?
Marvelous series...beautiful country to spend a day, roder and hope you got a trout dinner!!
Very enjoyable series to view!! Nice captures for sure.
Looks like a beautiful place. Really like the last one.
I LOVE these, Rowedean!. I'd go hiking/photo shooting with you anytime. You did a great job of capturing several outdoor scenes. I'm easy - if there is water in the frame, I'm hooked.
Great set. Really like the rocks.
