We missed seeing the tractor pulls by a few minutes but the truck pulls made up for it. I've been told that contestants spend REALLY big bucks on those toys!

I love country fairs. There is so much going on. Everyone can find something they really like and these are great pictures.

A popular event is watching the Sheep Dog Events - listening to commands, the dogs are to herd the sheep through several gates and eventually into a pen. These sheep had a mind of their own, went their own way and started down the track totally away from the infield.

Great action photos. When I young, we had a really nice horse show during our fair but I've never been to a rodeo or barrel riding types of things.

It certainly looks like they do. Maybe that is why the John Deeres are "green" $$$$??!!
