From Wednesday's photoshoot - Chloe's brother was practicing with his camera. Haven't seen his shots yet but they'll be good - he's got a good eye.

They are cute together. ๐Ÿ˜Š

After all the fooling around we actually got some "formal" shots.

I have to fence them out or they destroy my garden! (and steal all of my apple drops)

There is a long abandoned school bus near my daughter's house which we used as part of the senior pictures, loving the irony since Chloe has never ridden on one being homeschooled.

That is cool! One of my favorite subjects is old abandoned vehicles. Old Car City in White , Georgia has 4200 vehicles spread over 32 acres with many completely hidden by vines and many others with numerous trees growing through them. It was started as a used car lot in 1932 that didnโ€™t last too long, a junk yard for awhile that didnโ€™t last long and mostly abandoned in the late 60โ€™s with a few more cars dumped there in the early 70โ€™s. The owner is low 90โ€™s now and had a picture as a child with his dad from the later 30โ€™s. Through a series of events it has turned into a Mecca for this type of photography. The sign saysโ€A fotogaffers paradiseโ€. Iโ€™ve been down there about 6 times and still havenโ€™t gotten close to covering it. Check it under FB under the same name. Thousands of pictures of which many are superb artful images!

I was there in August when the falls are usually bone dry. They said it was rare for this much water at this time of year. After the Spring rains it is like Niagara Falls. Time your visit with him around that time. I have a couple of brothers in Coeur d'alane that I have visited several times. This trip was the first time I went around the state for several days. I plan on a return next Spring for more time. So much to see and photograph!!

We have visited there too..Went water rafting, fishing, and visited a few museums....Enjoyed every minute...beautiful area..Lots of photos to be enjoyed! Not sure when we'll be back but will most likely do it sometime this year...Next trip will probably be after Easter to Ca. to visit our son and his family....But you never know!!
