Some wondered how my entries made out at the fair...I was very pleased and twice as pleased for my grandson who can still compete in the "Junior" category - many blue ribbons and a "Special Judges' Award" (his were all taken and edited on iPhone). These were my winning entries (and, yes, there is a little $$ involved for ribbons - just enough to pay for the prints, probably)

First Place, Black and White, "People". Titled "Koffee Klatch Plus One" (iPhone, converted to B/W and processed in LR and Photoshop)

First Place, "Waterscape" Titled "Rockin' the Beach"- also an iPhone picture shot in "Live" and converted to "Long Exposure" in the phone. Further processed in Lightroom and denoised in ON Noiseless AI.

Second Place, "Domestic or Farm Animal" - Titled "Connected". There seems to be an animal/human connection in their posture and gaze.

I did a senior photoshoot with Chloe the other day - can't believe she's graduating this year!!! I took nearly 300 shots - here she is with a few of her many favorite books.
