I tend to take ton of pictures on each trip around the world, but I still manage to take a bunch of environment portraits of my wife and she really enjoys it.

Do you?

Your wife makes a lovely addition to your photos!
But I HATE that saying!! So husbands can be unhappy, but everything is just peachy keen anyway??

She is a fine addition to your photos, and hopefully for you a good sport about it.

Thanks Fotoartist!

I was just kidding about it, but travelling with an understanding partner is a plus indeed. I remember one time in Venice, it was around 9 pm and the last day in that city, and I just wanted to take some long-exposed shots from the Ponte dell'Accademia bridge, so we made a long walk to the bridge and made it back to the hotel almost midnight.

She is lovely and you are a good photographer so it's nice to see that you both enjoy what you love to do. That makes it even more special and fun!

Wonderful shots and it does help to have a partner that is patient and understanding where photography is concerned.
I get what the "retired CPO" is saying but sometimes, it's just better to keep things smooth in life!! Happy wife means happy husband too and should always be!

Nice set of photos of your lovely wife, and I really like the settings you chose.

It works both ways! I had an EX-husband who told me that I embarrassed him because my Nikon with a zoom lens, made us look like tourists!...Which we were!

Thanks so much Horseart! We enjoy and respect each other so it would make it whole lot easier.

Thanks Umnak! We know each other really well so the patience is always there for us. Switching between landscape and portrait settings take some time too, if not all the time: Switch to longer len (24-105mm), mount the flash, camera setting,... So we just take time and enjoy each other and the scenes. Cheer!
