I took a film camera to the Arboretum to finish out a roll, but also carried my 1DX. The butterflies were thick in the demo garden, so I simply stood there and started shooting. I've been told that I get my images too dark, so I actually tried what I would call "high key" on these to get them a bit lighter. Let me know what you think. Oh, by the way, these have minimal LR PP work (clarity, a bit of contrast and sharpening and sometimes a bit of exposure correction).

Look at your LR export. The images look "off" in their thumbnails as the JPEGs are not using the sRGB colorspace. You should create your own LR User Export Preset where you assure the pixel resolution and the sRGB colorspace is default and automatic when the preset is used.

I have filed #3 under my "Photo as Art" collection.

Thanks. I love these little guys. They're actually too fast for me, but sometimes I get lucky.

The brightness and the out of focus backgrounds of #1 and #3 make them standouts for me. Very nice!

Thanks, Dan. They're one of God's little gifts to us to make our world enjoyable.

The brightness is so not like me. But it does work! Thanks, Linda.
