Am I the only one that's sick and tired of Camp Lejeune?

Oh, yes! I am getting two or three emails a day. They go straight into the spam folder, but they just keep coming.

Yes, but on the other side, I have a very close friend who served as an officer in the Marine Corps that is undergoing this second treatment for prostate cancer at the Mayo Clinic. And how many others who have served have suffered
debilitating diseases with no knowledge of how they may have gotten in. Obviously, the government has a list of every person, civilian and military, who have served there over the years, and this should be how they are contacted. Governments are very good about telling the civilian sector how to run its affairs while failing miserably at running their own affairs! For example, every city has to have it water tested on a regular basis, so then should the same apply to government installations? Seems we have the best government that money can buy!

My prayers go out to all the Marines who served at that base, but by now, you'd think they'd all be aware of the issue.

I think all the noise must be coming from law firms that profit from the number of suits filed.

Yes they should have the names of everyone who has been on that base.

Personally, I believe that there should be justice for those harmed. What I find irritating is the "ambulance chasers" who crawl out of the dark to pursue their fortunes on the pain and suffering of victims with a constant barrage of advertisements. I ask myself, "Who will benefit the most from the awards? The law firms or the victims?"

I had prostrate cancer and don't even know where Camp Lejeune is. My surgeon at the time said they have no idea what causes it...
Guy's that were in Camp Lejeune in the 50's and 60's are starting to die, just like guy's who weren't. Who would have guessed...

I was looking through pics of people I know and 18 of them are no longer with us. None of them were at Lejeune.
My best friend for the past 65 years was and he is as healthy as can be.

Absolutely, lawyers keep sending emails and texts daily ostensibly to everyone!

Issues like Camp LeJeune are a like a manna from heaven for the scores of ambulance chasing
law firms.

I served at Camp Lejeune for several years and have a multitude of health issues and I am on the official register. However I don't see my issues have anything to do with my time there so will not be contacting a lawyer.

Absolutely. My closest friend is an attorney, and as it's been said lawyers are a necessary bacterium.
