BTW, do you know how many Presidents dod not attend the inaugural of the successor?

Here's a hint--Trump has something really important in common with one of them.

As for he peaceful t******r of p***r HRC did not file dozens of law suits or hatch a f**e e*****rs scheme or pressure SoS to overturn the e******n, did she?. Trump is the bone that stands alone.

Roe v Wade was good law; it respected the right of privacy, the right of sovereignty over one's body. Which, as far as Republicans are concerned, is not a right. Guns, yes. Body, no.

Roe wade was not law.

Are you onboard with Tucker Carlson's and the GOPer brain trust's feting and bromance with *Viktor Orban?

*another ... 'strong leader'-genius man ... so beloved by minority rule enthusiasts everywhere.

" ... The right’s ardor for Orbán has prompted some performative confusion in Western media. An Economist headline asked, “Why Is the American Right Obsessed With Viktor Orbán?” And an article in The Hill by Kim Lane Scheppele, a sociology professor at Princeton, was titled: “Orbán Dazzles US Conservatives—What Do They See in Him?”

Read: Freedom fights for survival in Hungary

The most common answer is that Orbán has made Hungary a laboratory for the conversion of a liberal democracy into an authoritarian state. The thinking goes like this: For an American right fascinated (in an obviously self-interested manner) by the creation and maintenance of minority rule, the formula begins with a crackdown on the press. Snub international institutions (in Orbán’s case, the European Union) and depict the Holocaust survivor George Soros as a diabolical financier. Add in an assault on the rule of law. Finish off any lingering political opposition by gerrymandering it out of existence. The end result is a white, Christian nation that can safely hold back the malignant forces of g*******t tyranny. Case closed. ... "

Will no alt-democracy/minority rule enthusiast here explain the GOPer's Viktor Orban *bromance?

*and Putin. Not much from the ... 'strong leader' genius-man's ... fan boys lately. 98,000 Ruskies have v**ed with their feet and said ... 'bugger Putin's war!'

Hillary didn't "recant." She claimed that Donald Trump was an ill********e P*******t on numerous occasions. She said he only won because of Russian interference. It was pretty big news in right-wing media. Here's one on "The View"

Here on a CBS interview:

Geez! Sounds like someone has missed his medication.

Please tell me... how many "f**e b****ts" were found in Georgia's last e******n that would have the GOP go to such extremes as to "hide" the b****t box indoors?

What difference does it make? Georgia didn't suppress anyone from v****g.

Pretty much everything you said. I'll just hit Georgia with notes from the NY Times analysis of the Georgia law:

V**ers will now have less time to request absentee b****ts. (The problem here is they need a photo government ID;
I don't have a problem with this, but many people of color work during the day and do not have the ability to go and get the ID during the workweek. This can be abrogated by having issuing cavities to be open longer than normal government hours).

There are strict new ID requirements for absentee b****ts. (See above)

It’s now illegal for e******n officials to mail out absentee b****t applications to all v**ers. (This was during C***D - if a new plague comes along - that's a problemm.)

Drop boxes still exist … but barely. (The drop boxes were moved from areas readily accessible to v**ers of color - also not having b****t boxes available out side eliminates the ability of these workers depositing their b****ts after they work).

Mobile v****g centers (think an R.V. where you can v**e) are essentially banned. (See above)

Early v****g is expanded in a lot of small counties, but probably not in more populous ones. (i.e. not available in wards that are black or brown).

Offering food or water to v**ers waiting in line now risks misdemeanor charges. (because the poll sites are limited in black & brown areas - the lines are often long and cause the potential v**ers to be out waiting for hours).

If e******n problems arise, a common occurrence, it is now more difficult to extend v****g hours.

With a mix of changes to v**e-counting, high-turnout e******ns will probably mean a long wait for results.

E******n officials can no longer accept third-party funding (a measure that nods to right-wing conspiracy theories).

With an eye toward v***r f***d, the state attorney general will manage an e******n hotline. (now not an independent body).

The Republican-controlled legislature has more control over the State E******n Board. (now not an independent body).

The secretary of state is removed as a v****g member of the State E******n Board.

The G.O.P.-led legislature is empowered to suspend county e******n officials. (now not an independent body).

Runoff e******ns will happen faster — and could become harder to manage.

I'm sure the above won't convince you - but that's on you, not me.

Wow! A thoughtful and well-reasoned reply! I'm not used to that on this site.

I take note of the details you provide and it does not support the critics assertions that Georgia is "suppressing" the v**e or as Biden puts it "Jim Crow on steroids." It just sounds like ordinary security measures that every state and every country in the world puts in place in order to deter fraud. Besides, as I said before, we used to have only one single day out of the year to v**e and you could not mail it in or drop it in a box on the sidewalk. We had to show up in person.

Thom, I see that you haven't matured since the last time I was on this website. You automatically reply to absolutely everything I say with "Steven said C***d would k**l only 500 people." I guess you think you are scoring some sort of points or something. If it makes you feel better then so be it.

You are the guy who several years ago mentioned briefly in a comment that your wife had just passed away. Alarmed, I sent you a private message of condolence despite our political disagreements on Ugly Hedgehog. It turned out later that you were only being sarcastic with your comment about the wife passing away. Yet you never had the decency to respond to my private message either in a comment or in a private message of your own to let me know that it was a misunderstanding. Or to even thank me for putting aside our differences and showing concern.

So when I see these juvenile taunts over and over about the C***d thing, I take it with a grain of salt.

I wouldn't have said that "a few years ago" as it isn't something a normal person would joke about, and she died last September. Everyone makes mistakes, myself included, but you were stuck on it would k**l 500 people at the most, and it was no big deal. You absolutely couldn't be talked down from your position. I still wonder how many may have died listening to you. This isn't about some grudge against you, as I have none. I just think that somethings are unforgiveable. I'm not sure if you are to be criticized for being wrong. What I'm criticizing is you being irresponsible. As far as taking it with a grain of salt, I'm guessing no one you know died from C***d, so it's no big deal. I've seen no apology from you. You don't owe me an apology, but you sure owe one to anyone who followed your uninformed advice, though they may no longer be around to accept your apology. You may be a perfectly nice person, but you are not very responsible.
Anyone who lost a loved one to C***d, after listening to your advice, may not think my comments are juvenile, or that I am taunting you.
Your move.
