I got my free battery a couple of months ago but I was a first day order directly from Olympus. As for my Z9 I just ordered last Friday from Nikon USA and I’m hoping I get it before people that ordered from B&H months ago.

It took 62 days from the day I paid my deposit in January 2022 for my 150-400 to come in and a few weeks to get the OM-1 after I ordered it in June, including the 2nd battery.

You can’t even pre-order now. You can get on a waiting list to pre-order.

I put my name on the waiting list to pre-orde last week. Not sure if I will follow up with it. I want to rent one and give it a go for BIF, but it is not in stock at the major rental places yet. Maybe next spring.

Yeah, I’m sure I’d love it but the 100-400 for $6000 less has gotten some nice results.
